Small double room available to single person or a couple, it will need a bed however it has a wardrobe. the flat that the room is in is a smaller sized flat, its in a refurbished building which used to be a nursing home and parts of the building are still undergoing works, however the upside is that everythings new and modern the flat itself is very safe ive never had any issues here, very quiet as well got lovely neighbours up here. as i said couples are fine, pets are fine dont mind them the rent is 45 per week and includes free unlimited wifi and phone use, 4 weeks rent upfront is required to move in. this adds up to 180, and a 100 pounds deposit is also required.
