Details of 57ft Narrowboat Project For Sale at £38,000.00 ono. The boat is a 57ft Semi Traditional Style, shell built by Castle Boats/Shotblast Supplies Ltd. And should go through all the locks in the UK. New Paving Blocks have been used for the Ballast and the boat has been spray insulated to a depth of 25mm. Lining is 6mm White American oak with an oiled finish. Water Tank is stainless steel and is situated underneath the fore deck. Windows are solid brass Portholes. Galley is partly fitted using solid oak doors and drawer fronts on units with space and pipework for a LPG cooker. There is also a space for electric fridge and washing machine with the necessary electrics and plumbing installed. All light fittings/switches are brass and of high quality. There are 2 x Brass Gimbal Wall Lights in the saloon area and 2 x brass porthole lights in the Galley. All the other lights are brass downlight (except bathroom which are chromed) Led or Halogen bulb. There is ample 13amp brass dual socket outlets positioned around the boat with electrics in place for a washing machine and fridge and pipework in for washing machine and LPG cooker. Heating is by a Bubble Stove Diesel Fire providing heat from the fire and heat to the radiators and calorifier tank for hot water. There is also pipework from the engine bay to calorifier tank to provide hot water (while engine running). A 240v electric immersion heater is also fitted to provide hot water. The bathroom has a 900mm x 900mm shower cubicle with pumped shower mixer and pumped drain box. A pump out electric toilet is fitted, and a wash hand basin with cupboard under. There is an extractor fan and shaver socket fitted. The flooring is vinyl and both doors are sliding to save on space. The Main 12v and 240v Electric Control Panel is situated at the rear of the bedroom and incorporates an invertor. The Calorifier Tank is fitted underneath the bed next to the pump out toilet tank. There is electric wiring in for under cupboard lights and also intercom/alarm wiring and coaxial TV wiring.
